The Evergreen B & B is a charming and attractive bed and breakfast, located on the first floor of a lovely 100 years old building in the city centre. The location is just perfect: metro and tram both are in walking distance, however, the environment is quiet and tranquil.All the rooms have private en-suite bathrooms and are perfect union of classic and modern style. It is a unique combination of the old architecture and contemporary design and facilities. You can choose from spacious rooms, 25m² and 30m² in size. The big living area also makes longer stays very comfortable. Families with kids are highly welcome, family suites are available.There is no time limitation for having breakfast! Breakfast at noon? No problem!                 Our small guesthouse  is laying along  the most characteristic Budapest route,the Grand Boulevard named „Nagykörút”. The boulevard is full of legendary buildings from the late 19th and the turn of the 20th century. The Palatinus Buildings,The Lánczy House,The Haggenmacher House and not at least the Mahler House-Gustav Mahler lived here when he directed the Opera House. Only a stone’s throw away from us stands the Western Railway Station,Gustave Eiffel’ s name can be seen still on the iron columns of the glass hall. The boulevard is offering a lot of entertainment,restaurants,pubs,coffee shops. Probably the most famous is The New York Coffee House.It is considered as one of the world’s most beautiful coffee house.  The Parlament,the St.Stephen’s Basilica,the Opera are all in walking distance. Where the Andrassy boulevard(part of the UNESCO world heritage)meets the Nagykörút there is a particular square with eight corners named Oktogon. From here you may take a ride with the first underground line on the continent to the very popular Szechenyi Bath and Spa to get some rest after a busy day of sightseeing.  A great alternative to expensive hotels in Budapest!
