Close to train station, great value for money. Staff is very helpful.
Rooms very basic, but I have paid more for less.
Breakfast is very basic (toast, jam and some cereals). But on the positive side, it is included in the price.

Great location, close to the tube station and buses right in front of the door. A lovely park across the street,
The TV was not working, no reading lamp by the bed, I had requested thy put a new light bulb outside my door to the room it was never replaced. THe card key was always a big problem to get inito the room.

Beds were ok
a run down hotel, no chair in the room, no paper bin, renovation is done poorly, window in the bathroom didn't shut, window in bedroom didn't have locks to keep them open, no hairdryer as advertised, the doors were extremely squeeky and noisy
