Breakfast was very good

Noise, the walls were paper thin and guests were noisy until 1 AM. Staff during overnight did not know how to check me out and get me a taxi. Had to run out to the street myself at 3 AM

Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was excellent as expected almost everywhere in Germany. Best hotel breakfasts in the world!

The recipient in the shower was not filled with soap/shampoo.

Good location. Quiet rooms

Despite having a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor, this hotel lacks mechanical ventilation and smells of cigarette smoke everywhere.

An einigen Stellen im Zimmer loeste sich die Tapete ab und es gab in den Ecken den ein oder anderen Schimmelfleck. Sonst war das Zimmer aber sauber und machte einen guten Eindruck.
