Mini bar prices to expensive,
Would have expected sky channels and more channels be available on in room entertainment when paying related room rates!
Had evacuation during my stay at 0630 hours and the only reason I knew, has it coinsided with breakfast time, so didnt even hear the fire alarm in my room 724, luckily it was a false alarm, |

Excellent located in the heart of St. Pauli with a lot of bars and restaurants in the close area.
Nice 20up sky-bar in the hotel with free access for the hotel guests.

The hotel parking is in a public underground car park. It happend to me that sometimes in the evening and at the weekend the garage has no free capacity and you need to find a parking outside in the area which is very difficult and inconvenient. |

The price given on internet included breakfast. According to hotel resptionist this was a mistake. After discussion they still accepted it to be included ;-) |

didn't receive clean towels when towels were left on the floor in order to be replaced. sometimes there were only towels for 1 although double room was booked. spa area in same room as fitness equipment - very bad! |

The Architecture and restaurants give this hotel the appearance of a 5 star hotel
