Staff was very helpful and courteous. The location is great. Except for the heat, this would be the hotel that I choose for the remainder of my stay in Bellevue.
The heat does not work. I even moved to a different room. The second one worked a bit better, but around 9-10pm every night it became frigid in the room. I had to use the hair dryer to warm myself up so I could sleep.
