Friendly staff, frequent shuttles to airport & T station (though it would be a quick walk to latter, nice to have a ride in the frequent inclement BOS wx). Good to have free internet promo thru end of year for HHonors members, otherwise $9.95

same same breakfast every day...fuel ran out under the pancakes and waffles, stone cold. Other Embassy Suites will cook you eggs to order, but here is scrambled from the chafing dish, or omelette. Phone by bed didn't work, I moved the nightstand to see if it was plugged in...years worth of dust back there! Found out the hard way not to try to drive to street address of hotel, as there is a big gate across the street barring entry. Have to drive towards airport and follow the signs for hotels.

I was very suprised by this hotel and the room. It was beautiful and fair for the price.

The staff gave conflicting information about the number of rooms available. They also were not very familiar with what services would be available in the area for dining and drinks. It was quite late. The bartender did sell us a drink, but no food and he was pretty rude.
