 Well located (close to the Champs Elysee but quiet, and nice food stores nearby)

 My room was number 56. I did this trip in March 2010. It was utterly small. The toilet was not in the bathroom, but in the bath itself (!). The ceiling was starting to go away (!). The elevator was fitting 1.5 person (yes, not really 2). I paid 70 euros for that, so I don't think it's worth it. Better go in another neighborhood of Paris if you can, you can get a better deal still being in a nice area of Paris. |

| The room was very small. Too much noice and little privacy. Old and spotful ferniture, very very small breakfast room, with the high price we paid even breakfast was not included! |
