The staffs at the front desk are very friendly. Rooms are comfortable, very good location.

it is a great hotel on a perfect location. We could do everything by foot (shopping musea and restaurants). nice staff, very helpfull |

The hotel is close to the city centre. A tram station is not far away. The staff was very helpful.

The rooms are very small and especially the bathroom was in great need of some renovation. All in all space is missing in this hotel. They also tried to charge more then they should have done - which might be a mistake. |

Overall room condition was good and clean except for the bathroom.

There was a major problem with the shower and none could have a clean morning. Surprisingly the front desk admits the problem and paying full price for such conditions is ridiculous. |
