stale air in all isles, cleaning staff does change towles although there is a sticker encouraging reusage and although the towles were placed on the hanger, cleaning staff does eject plugs from socket (e.g. tooth brush for recharging was not recharged during the day)

Unsauberer Raum - Schreibtisch von Dreck verklebt. Haare auf Handtüchern. Auf Nachfrage nach einem zusätzlichen Kopfkissen, wurde ein Kopfkissen gebracht, daß bei Anwendung zu einem aufrechten Stehschlaf geführt hätte.

The hotel is conveniently located to all transportation, and many attractions are walkable.

The rooms are clean but the superior rooms (not alpine) we saw were a bit tired. Our room was changed due to buzzing every 1 min 32 sec. from a faulty A/C switch; the staff was responsive, intelligently diagnosed the problem promptly, and switched our room right away. The A/C in the 2nd room had condensation overflow; again the staff response was immediate.

The only problem I had, but it was a huge one, as I was on business, was that the telephone did not work. I asked them to fix it, but nothing was said to me. At one in the morning when I received several very expensive mobile calls, I asked again, and was told it was the telephone companies fault. If I had known sooner, I could have changed rooms. This I see as a major fault of this hotel: not notifying the client of the problem.
