Deniz Houses, formerly Deniz Konak Hotel, consists of 2 buildings located in the central part of Sultanahmet within walking distance to the city's major highlights. The buildings are only 20 m away from each other and both contain private ensuite rooms with same type of facilities.

All 27 rooms have parquet (hardwood) flooring and showers and are equipped with individually controlled air-conditioning, double glazed windows, mini bar, hair dryer, towels, slipper as well as telephone by your bed side and in the bathroom. We also provide laundry and iron service and free WLAN internet use for our guests. Some rooms look over The Sea of Marmara and the others over a nice and quite street.

Open buffet breakfast is served on the roof terrace of the hotel with a panoramic view of the Blue Mosque, St. Sofia, Marmara Sea to Asia and Princess Islands.

The hotel is located in a residential area and at a walking distance to the Blue Mosque, St Sophia Museum, Topkapi Palace and Grand Bazaar. Relax once you are off for the day in your room overlooking the splendid view of Marmara Sea.

Please note that we provide airport transfer service for our guests through our travel agency. We have private airport pick-up service for our guest. This service is for a fee from the Ataturk airport and from the Sabiha Gokcen airport. If you inform us your flight details you will be greeted by a courteous member of our staff who will load your luggage into our mini-van and take you directly to your hotel anytime of day.
