The ground floor contains the reception, air-conditioned restaurant (buffet breakfast and dinner), lounge bar, a terrace bar on the promenade from the beach, two outdoor swimming pools, sun loungers and umbrellas and an indoor pool (heated) . The hotel also has free use of sauna, jacuzzi, gym and garage for bicycles.

"The room was very noisy. The food was a disaster! There were prescribed seats, but this was said to me only after I had been sitting. The seat specifications of the service personnel were then mixed, and I should get up and walk across with full plate through the dining room. The buffet was only complete when you have complied with the earliest possible time to eat what me, especially in the evening (18:30), was too early. Officially, the food distribution was indeed to 20:30 clock, but when I came by 20 clock, there was no cutlery and plates more and I got nobody that. The tables were while we were eating, already prepared for the next meal, so the evening revealed the breakfast in the morning and the evening meal, which was accompanied by quite a noise of waiters, then just had no time during meals, take drink orders. I thought it was simply a disaster. As Vegatarierin I had to stick to salad and potatoes, which I was different from the usual hotel where I was (same category) before me."
