Excellent value for price in Hamburg. Close to a series of good restaurants and 23 minutes walk into center of Hamburg. Will go back again. |

The restaurant staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet selection was good. The room was perfectly adequate.

The hotel is located outside the city center, around 30-45minutes walk from the main shopping center and restaurants. The check-out staff appeared quite incompetent, trying to charge me extra for breakfast when it was pre-payed and even questioning my written confirmation. One day we ate the lunchtime buffet, which was a fairly poor selection and very over-priced at ~€26 per person! Fortunately our waiter only charged us once as we were in a hurry and hadn't eaten much. |

The photos make the pool area look bigger than it actually is. This was a decision maker for me. And when I saw what a small pool it was, I was really disappointed. |
