| - too many unpleasing discussions over the agreed booked price (before and after the overnight stay)
- the room was not realy clean, to many dust an uncleaned bathroom (no details!)
- and in the end: your hotel made a double direct debit. We stayed one night, not two! |

Underground Station to city center is below the hotel.

| If have to get early, no problem. Hotel is beside a main road and the train tracks. Windows are not sond proofed. During end of July and August it is acceptable because of lower traffic. |

The bed was very comfortable and the room clean and well-equipped.

| Breakfast is way too expensive - I'd expect to pay this amount for lunch, not for breakfast. Half the amount would be more acceptable.
I also thought that the noise insulation could perhaps be improved. |

| The windoe in my room 903 did not shut properly which meant that I could not sleep - This is clearly a major problem. I wanted to make a complaint but did not have the time. |

the staff was very friendly and offered us immediately another room with functioning taps. on the whole, a 4-star hotel in a good condition. friendly staff.

| Normal price is 290-320 EUR per room per night. This price is much too high for this hotel. My price was 49 EUR per night per room which i think is a very good price for the hotel and for the services. |
