The Hotel is situated in a wonderful position near two metro stations. The rooms are very clean, the stuff is friendly and the breakfast was delicious.
I think I will stay here again on my next trip to Berlin.

Location is very central, close to the Zoo, the underground and trains, good shopping and right beside a great christmas market, also beside the tour bus stops, very quiet rooms, very helpful staff and the breakfast is great

Very good location close to Kuudam and ZooStation - there are always many people on the streets.

| The cancellation policy is not mentioned in the description (blank line), the price was charged immediately after the booking with no option of cancelation or changes, in this case, I paid for two persons although I finaly came by myself (my colleague couldn't arrive, my request for change from double room to single room was rejected). |

This hotel is in the middle of the town and if you get a room not out to the front, you have a look to a green roof. You can hear the birds in the morning instead of traffical noise. Excellent breakfast/nothing is missing. Polite personal which does´nt let you wait.

| For people over 60 the beds in german hotels are very hard (obs in general) And this 4 star-hotel is I'm sorry no exception. A offer could/should be made to deliver a sort of "overmadrass" which is very common in f ex scaninavian countries. |
