Lovely staff, very helpful
There are fabric issues with this hotel with air conditioning and plumbing problems. Poor to have no maintainance facility at weekends. We had two room moves but what would have happened had the hotel been full?
Bar food atrocious and expensive. Avoid it as it is inedible and you will be charged even if it is not eaten and sent back!!

Sehr schoen am Kanal gelegen. Hervorragende Fitnessausstattung.
Zimmer nicht immer im einwandfreien Zustand. Per Buchung hatte ich freien Internetzugang, allerdings funktionierte das WLAN nicht und die Buchse fuer das kabelgebundene Internet war zerstoert und ist erst nach mehrfachen Anfragen repariert worden.
