Recently updated to latest Crowne Plaza Standards.
Nice Bathroom.
Good location for St James Park Underground, Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace
Rooms are very small even for London. Limited natural light into rooms.
This is a sleeping room rather than a working room.

Being Priority Club Platinum member was upgraded to new room. Very helpful reception staff. Excellent Michelin starred restaurant attached and very pleasant outdoor courtyard bar.
Hot water not working initiially but quickly rectified.

We were upgraded to no. 51 as we had booked 3 rooms and as it was marathon day I presume it was very busy. Thsi worked better for us as we had a mixed party so having room to sit together on the evening without being cramped in one room was great. Staff were very helpful.
Bathroom small in relation to the rest oif the appartmetn which was HUGE!
