While it is new - it is clean and good standard
too far away from subway, food and service in the restaurant Bierschtube is low quality while prices are too high

Hotel is not in the center, far from metro - you need taxi to get anywhere, hotel is specifying one price in the internet and when you arrive hotel wants to add 18% taxes sayng that tax not included. Restorants where not ready, breakfast is poor, staff not trained yet.
