Because you did not send along my Marriott Rewards number with the reservation the staff was not aware I was an elite member and the only room left was a handicapped room...I am not pleased with your service, the hotel is fine but your service is not
Quit omitting the reward numbers from the reservations, I never had this problem when our travel agents booked reservations for us!

Rating of hotels is fine, but I would like to make a comment on your service. First, there is no place to input elite status for hotels. I am Platinum with Marriott, but they did not know that based on your reservation consequently I did not get the room type I prefer nor the typical service afforded to a Platinum member. Second, I input my credit card number when I first signed up for your service. According to our travel agency when making the booking for this hotel no credit card information exists.
