The hotel should be updated and brightened. The hotel is a city hotel but has comared to it's competition it is dark and somber.

This particular hotel is strategically located in downtown Houston.
Within walking distance of some good night-time restaurants.
This particular hotel is rather expensive for a Marriott Courtyard.
I did not see any self parking.
