Positive The hotel has a spectacular view of the lake. The rates were too high considering the facilities. It can not qualify as a four star hotel. Negative The room did not have a refrigerator / mini bar and overall does not qualify to be a four star though the property is good for a star grade Hotel.

Positive Very clean, quite and well mainteined hotel Negative Staff is unattentive and not too professional. When I asked to order a taxi for me, I've been told that there is no need for it as taxis are in front of the hotel. Needless to say that the taxi stop was empty, which led to a missed train.

Positive Sehr gutes und reichhaltigs Frühstück. Sehr schöne Lage am Maschsee Negative Sehr schlechter Mobilfunkempfang in den Zimmern zum Stadion. Technische Ausstattung nicht gerade "state of the art"
