"The Hotel has really great facilities and a very friendly and professional staff. If a stay in Pudong is required this hotel would certainly a great choice ... druing my stay I needed to go to Puxi - which was also no problem - but which I would avoid if possible as the Metro is during rush hours really packed."

The staff are pleasantly well groomed and trained in hospitality.
WIFI should be improved. As communications on mobile and information about the area is available on the internet. However, I had to do a lot of walking and sight seeing to find the good food around the area.
Almost all Taxi drivers do not know Chenhui Road or Jenki Road where SAP office is located. Had a tough time always trying to explain to taxi driver where SAP office is.

Lots of activities within walking distance
Hotel currently undergoing renovation (June 2011) so during the day, you might have construction noise. Not an issue in the evening or at night.

Nice lobby
Price-performance was really bad in comparison to other places in Shanghai or Beijing. This was the most expensive place by far and all 3 other hotels I visited the last 4 weeks were better. But for those nights unfortunately other hotels were already booked out.

All of the members of the hotel staff with whom I came into contact were very friendly, helpful, and sought to meet my needs all the time.
Despite the windows being double-glazed, the traffic noises (general traffic noise as well as the tooting of horns) were passed through to the inside of the room. The situation did improve when I asked to be moved to the other side of the building. Even then - and on the 28th floor at that - you could hear the traffic. It was far better than on the Dongfang road side though.
At breakfast, I was asked to sign what looked like a bill for breakfast. Although I was assured that I would not be billed separately (breakfast was included in the price), I think it would have been better if the hotel staff had told me about this when I checked in.
