 The hotel is in a great location. It is a pleasant, modern, clean and quiet hotel.The room was small but modern and well planned. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.Breakfast was not included in the room price so I did not take it. I did not use the sports facilities due to other commitments.

 The room rate was too high for the size and type of room that was offered.This was my only negative comment about the hotel. If the room rate were more reasonable I would have loved to stay in the hotel.Also as I was staying for many days for a conference I was looking for an accommodation that was cheaper. |

| my mother fell down in the bathtub,there is no anti-slippery measure, and hotel is not willing to take any responsiblity, nor plans to improve upon request---surprising and bad experience. |

The hotel's location was excellent and there was an unexpected bonus with the free travel card. The rooms were big and the views from the upper floors was great.

| When you request a non smoking room you should be given one. The cost of breakfast should be identified on entrance and not when you are paying the bill! |
