I had made two seperate reservations for this hotel. One this date (booking P1180284) and one for the previous date (booking P1194911).When I arrived in the hotel on 19-4-06 they told me that there were for them only one reservation for this date and did not for privious day. They said to me that we have stop to cooparate with your company (hotel.de) and the bookings from your company it is not valid. Also the cost of the room for 3 persons was 120,00 Euro. That time I coundn't to made many things because I was in a foreign country with my wife and my daughter and two havy bags. After that the man in reseption made a contact with phone and he offered to me a room for two days (19 and 20-4-06)for 204,00 Euro's. Because I hadn't another choice that time I stayed. This was my bad experience in this Hotel.
