I would definitely recommend this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a beautiful building. The cafe in the Gallery was very comfortable and offered a great variety of snacks and drinks and the restaurant Araz was excellent with amazing food. In fact, the restaurant was so good that we ate there every night! As a vegetarian, I was particularly pleased with the large amount of choice (although I ended up choosing the same meal every night as it was so delicious).

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful.The restaurant was so good we ate there every night of our stay.
The location is in a quiet street close to main streets so both handy and quiet. We would stay here again if in Budapest

Great Hotel, great facilities, great location. Car park very good.
If breakfast was available from 6.00am or 6.30am it would make it much easier to get to work on time. Also, the gym opening at 9.00am is far to late to be of any use for people traveling for work purposes.

On the whole the Hotel has good facilities.
There is an internet area upstairs near the bar and lounge. A piano bar in the large foyer area by reception. The breakfast facilities are very good. Wide choice of food and good quality.
It has a fitness centre. Has both indoor and outdoor entertainment areas for dining. Location within Buhdapest is quite good. Good restaurants are close by.
The rooms look good but are very small.
The bath/shower has a glass screen which does not prevent water from reaching the floor. The bathroom floor is always wet no matter how careful one tries.
There is no desk or chair available for writing or working in the standard room. Car parking is an issue as the front of the Hotel often has buses parked in the valet area. Parking is only by valet.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly,the position was both quiet and handy for sightseeing and the restaurant was so good we ate there every evening.
We didn't try the wellness centre.
The staff were protective as far as making sure we used reliable taxi services.
