I arrived in the evening to be told that there was no room despite having secured a reservation with a credit card. i was given other accommodation furher away. While I waited for a cab, other guests were allowed to check in which makes me wonder what the selection process was. The other hotel was ok but further out and therefore I had to leave earlier in the morning and pay more for a cab back into Weisbaden

NO HOT WATER - problem was said to be fixed after the first morning without a hot shower until it was too late to find another hotel to stay in. A discount was given at check-out, but had to endure two days of cold showers.

We had great trouble finding this hotel, particularly because the address did not indicate the suburb. A reference to the nearest motorway exit woudl have been helful too.

Super friendly service, good clean room, free parking. Incredible for €34pn. Overall very positive, would book here again in future.

Our GPS got us to the exact spot, but it's called Hotel Merkur.(?) Breakfast too expensive. Noise from the hallway, but no more than in most hotels we stay at.

The hotel was immaculate clean throughout. We stayed in a triple room and it was very spacious. The staff was very helpful, they installed a baby cot and found us a pharmacy that was open on a Sunday. Highly recommended.

The rooms are very small, especially the bathroom. Towels are thin. If you stay here for one night it is ok....
