I have been into several different hotels in Munich and else where in Germany through hotel.de and other sources but this one was astonishing me. Upon arrival, the room was not cleaned and ready so, we had to wait 2 hours before it was done. Hotel accepted too many people as a tour without prior preparation to increase the number of staff in the breakfast room. The quality of breakfast was far below expectations. For 3 consecutive days, there was no soap and toilate paper in the room. Once, the manager was informed, then, the next day they were made awailable.

There is no free Internet access. The breakfast is limited and poor. I got a free internet service and better breakfast from the Comfort hotel

Frühstück mäßig. Keine Kuchen/Croissants und keinerlei Früchte. WLAN wird als frei angegeben, ist aber nicht der Fall. Muß durch den Kauf einer Nummer eines externen Anbieters bezahlt werden - ärgerlich.

I have only nice words about this hotel, HOTEL.DE really did a good job recommending this hotel. I will certanly use hotel.de services again, and, next time if I go to Munich, I' ll stay in Confort Hotel Munchen Ost
