Not all doors could be closed and once we asked to change the room the receptionist didn't seem surprised about this problem. First he said we should just lock the door from inside and the next day we would get another room. I accepted the suggestion but once I came back to my room I realised that even when locking from inside people could still open the door from outside. Than I complained again and he said he couldn't change our room because there was no other available and later on he dared to complain that we had used the toilet before talking to him about the problem with the doors but who can expect that a door lock is not working. I just found it out one hour after arriving. Then later on by mistake I opened the door from the neighbor without having used any card so it didn't look like I was the only one having this problem. What was really upsetting was that the receptionist was almost blaming us for the problem with the doors and he was not able to deal with the problem properly. On the next day we tried to use internet at a machine in the hotel and after putting 3 euros, which would give us the right to use internet for half an hour we got a message that we could only used it for 5 minutes. We tried to talk to the same receptionist again and he again didn't seem to be surprised that the machine was not working, he just said we should go to an internet cafe because the machine was not working but never offered to return the money and even after this problem they never put a sign to the machine to let other guests know that the machine was not working properly. When we were checking out I complained again to another receptionist who was nicer and offered some free breakfasts but I would never suggest such a "hotel" to anyone. I didn't feel relaxed as you should feel when you are on vacation!
