The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and spoke great English. The view from the balcony in the Executive Lounge was great. The Executive Lounge also had free dinner, breakfast, wifi, and beer.
The room was expensive, the view from there was of the center of the hotel, and it was right next to the Executive Lounge so I heard the door to that slamming all night and early in the morning.

Very close proximity to the main torist attractions like the Koln Dom, and the train station. Staff helpful and friendly. Amenities in room very good.
A bit hidden especially since the road used by our sat nav was blocked off. Would have liked a room with a view such as the Rhine or even the Cathedral, instead of looking into other people's rooms. Bottled water was not complimentary.
