On first appearances the hotel appeared to be clean and friendly.
The motel room was not to a 4 star standard as per the Clarion Hotel in Oslo i.e. soap dispensers in vanity and shower were empty; no provision of small bottles of shampoo/conditioner/soap; no bath mat to stand on - floor was very cold; towel heater did not work; no power points in the bathroom to use hairdryer; limited range of food for breakfast i.e. continental breakfast was very very limited.
