Good location, quite near to Dom and Hauptbahnhof. Good resturants and bars are within short distances.

we found the hotel and the staff very nice for our needs. clean and quiet. I would return again, except...please see comment below

| Unfortunately I have a bad feeling about this hotel because I left my Blackberry in the bathroom and the cleaning staff took it. The hotel staff have been incredibly helpful with calling me to report their progress with looking for it. Unfortunately, the person who found it is not an honest person. I believe that this is problematic for the hotel. |

| I always expect tea and coffee making equipment to be available in the room, also the choice of drinks in minibar is not what you would expect of a 4* hotel. All the rest is good |

the hotel was excellent, the room was very clean and there was a lot of space in the room. We had an very nice view on the Dom from our room. The breakfast was very nice, even when you're a vegetarian. The service from the staff was excellent. The location of the hotel is so central that you can walk within 5 minutes and you are at the Dom, shopping arena en different musea. It's a nice hotel to stay if you're visiting Köln.

| the semi-interactive tv was slow and often useless - you take too much time trying to sell pay movies and adult services - just getting to a tv channel took 5-10 minutes, and often the system crashed; other guests couldn't get their tv to work at all |

Breakfasts were fabulous! Requested a room with a view of the Dom & were very impressed to get one! Staff very approachable & friendly :o)
