The hotel was excellent value for money. It is well situated on the AlterMarkt close to a variety of interesting bars and restaurants and offers a fantastic breakfast at a great rate.
 
The room (on the side facing the AlterMarkt) got very warm, we opened the windows but the square is loud through the night and the workmen start early in the morning.

Very close to the main station, and ideal for people looking to walk around the "touristy area".

Only five minutes walk from station Cologne. In city center. Clean and very nice and helpful staff.
 
I just could stand in shower. Not possible to put the shower head up to me. Some broken parts in bath romm.

The staff is very friendly and nice. Breakfast is sufficient. You can borrow a hairdrier and an iron.

Perfectly-trained staff. Hotel located directly in the middle of the city. Thus, nearly everything in walking distance.
 
Somehow smelly room. All power outlets are switched off when the main light is switched off. Thus, it is impossible to adopt light intensity to personal needs or charge notebook during nights.

Fruehstueck ist akzeptabel, aber z.B. der Obstsalat war noch gefroren und dazu noch gefreiergebrannt (getrocknet und geschmackslos).
