They are located just 2 mintutes walk from Paseo de Gracia which is one of the best locations in Barcelona. Our apartments are in the trendy Gracia district which is the very center and heart of Barcelona, surrounded by world famous monuments such as Gaudi's La Pedrera and the Sagrada Familla, as well as boutiques, restaurants, tapas bars, and so on. The closest metro stop Diagonal is only 3-4 minutes on foot). From there, it is only a few stations to the Old Town. The Barrio Gotico can also be reached on foot within 15 minutes. We offer studio lofts for 3-4 guests as well as larger 3 bedroom lofts which can sleep up to 8 guests- The accommodation units are also ideal for families. Nice apartment in a good location. The apartment was very clean and it was equipped with coffee machine, and all other appliances to make the stay comfortable. Breakfast is not included but just around the corner there are many supermarkets where one can buy groceries. The person in charge was very friendly and accesible. I absolutely recommend this apartment for staying in barcelona.

A perfect base for a family to explore Barcelona, just on the edge of the centre (which is too touristic), close to friendly places and Restaurants around Carrer de Verdi.

Couple of kitchen items missing: Egg cups, brush / broom.

The appartments are very conveniently placed not far from metro station. They have a good enough kitchen and hall with everything one needs: fridge, oven, cooker, juicer, tv, free WiFi Internet, even a dishwasher.

Our room was cleaned and towels changed only once during a week; toilet didn't have a lock (it was a room for 4 people). Internet access was not stable.
