Private parking at the back of the hotel
Too hot in the room (around 26/27 grads), heaters were at max level, walls were hot, cold water wasn't cold. 24 hours with windows opened were needed to decrease temperature. Same issue and remark from my 2 other colleagues (including woman).
Half of the rooms are noisy due to a main street.
Very small fitness room (20 sqm).

The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable.
The staff were very accomodating and did offer me a quiet room as requested.
Although my room was beside the lift - it was not possible to hear the lift from the room.
The number of people smoking in the reception area made it very unpleasant to be there. It made me feel quite unwell to stand in reception even for a short period. I can't believe it is legal and must be really unpleasant for the staff.
The decor and equipment was very dated.
I would not normally recommend this hotel mainly because it was so far from the office and the city and the amount of smoking that they tolerate.
