Positive friendliness Negative That HOTEL.DE has not been able to handle the reservation correctly. Also they offered us a room for 3 Persons, HOTEL.DE communicated a double room reservation to the Citadines Hotels. HOTEL.DE also never responded to my email to claim the extra cost back
