Positive Cleanliness; proximity to shopping mall Negative Special requests (quiet room, king-size bed) never get considered at this hotel, no matter how early you submit them. I have stayed there twice, but always was checked in at a noisy room. Will look for a different hotel in the area next time. No vegan op

Positive Very nice hotel. Great value for the location Negative Reservation confirmation indicated breakfast was included. In fact it is not. Problem seems to be with Bosch program (per hotel management). Breakfast cost $ 28.00 with tip!

Positive Excellent experience overall,will attempt to stay there on future trips to Chicago Negative Car was plowed in by snowplow. SAP rate was not showing on the reservation and I had to confirm and have changed with local staff. Had not been corrected it would have cost SAP ~$50 more per night. No free wifi - very overpriced
