Situated in the city center of Palermo in a walking distance from the cathedral and the Via Maqueda, this hotel was an aristocratic residence from the 18th century, brought back to its original splendour by a restoration finished  in 2003.  The hotel has a special charm and a unique personality. On the main floor, lavish frescos and precious antique furniture recreate a magical atmosphere straight out of the novel “The Leopard”.

The rooms are all spacious and air-conditioned and are equipped with minibar, hair dryer, satellite TV and pay TV. Most rooms also have a ADSL fast line internet connection

The hotel’s main floor houses the Restaurant 1892 where a rich breakfast buffet is served to our guests in a magical atmosphere. The magnificent setting of this restaurant makes it the ideal location to organize special events.

The restaurant / grill Ai Tetti is located on the hotel’s panoramic terrace. Our chefs offer a typically Mediterranean cuisine.

The hotels features 6 completely fresco-decorated meeting rooms all fully equipped and can accommodate from 15 to 120 guests.

A solarium, a well equipped fitness centre and a large garage round out the building.
