Our Business & Budget Hotel Tessin is a small, familial hotel which is located in the Munich district Laim. Owing to its close vicinity to the metro and the suburban railway, the city centre is accessible within less than 10 minutes.

We provide 19 quiet, lovely furnished guestrooms, which are all equipped with shower, WC, telephone, WLAN free of charge and writing desk. Non-smoking rooms are of course available, too.

Our underground car park will be at your disposal on payment of a small fee.

Our reception staff will be pleased to give you advice on excursions and leisure activities in the surroundings.
