Very Good Hotel in the center of the Heidelberg. Perfect breakfast.

Cleaning not every day. Can be trouble if you are living not alone in the room. If you alone than no problems.

It's a fine hotel, the room had a usable kitchen and parking was reasonable.

In the 4 nights I stayed they cleaned the room once. Not a problem for me but some might want to look for 4 stars for more service.

Boarding house has 3 apartments. No. 32 is better than 24 as it has a lift which is important if you have luggage. Rooms in No.24 are bigger. Many restaurants in the vicinity.

No.24 has a LAN but no wireless. If you get a room with windows opening towards the street, then it's quite noisy.

Good location, friendly staff, good breakfast in the nearby restaurant, "sandwiches to go" at the front desk.

Some rooms are much too small. The bathroom can be tiny.

Great rooms with loads of space. The historic centre of Heidelberg is only a few minutes walk away.

There is no wifi availalbe which is very inconvenience for a business trip. I have iphone and ipad. Without the wifi, they are useless.

I was in business suite , so the interior was good and lot of windows.that's all.

this is not a hotel.It does not have a lobby.it does not have a gym,no swimming pool , no common area for relaxing or leisure time.whole hotel is no smoking hotel.moreover the breakfast is served in a different building.the breakfast is more of a joke.not good for a long stay.

I was at the 36, at the last floor (211), the room was big enough, the bathroom clean and big. No noise from the street. The small kitchen is really useful!

Very clean with good internet service, comfortable mattress, and plenty of hot water in the shower

I was in a single and the bed was comfortable, but could have used a second pillow. The shower was too small to stand in comfortably, but had good water temperature and flow.

Excellent and large rooms. Very clean, good price. Location is good and the main sites of Heidelberg are easily accessible. I did not see the gym facilities.

Parking can be a problem if you arrive late. You are given a spot, but sometimes the garage is taken.

We had a double room which was really a studio apartment with balcony. It was spacious and well planned. I could have lived there for months and been perfectly comfortable. It is a short walk to the Hauptstrabe, which is the main pedestrian street. The hotel is in a nice, safe neighborhood.

There is not always someone at the front desk.To call room to room is an external call.
