 Good price point. Clean, although my room had a strange smell. Close to shopping, restaurants, and within walking distance to old town.

| The room was big enough and I also like that there is a small kitchen part.
The location of the hotel is very good in the city, the downtown is very close on foot. |

Good location, friendly staff, good breakfast in the nearby restaurant, "sandwiches to go" at the front desk.

Great rooms with loads of space. The historic centre of Heidelberg is only a few minutes walk away.

| There is no wifi availalbe which is very inconvenience for a business trip. I have iphone and ipad. Without the wifi, they are useless. |

I was in business suite , so the interior was good and lot of windows.that's all.

| this is not a hotel.It does not have a lobby.it does not have a gym,no swimming pool , no common area for relaxing or leisure time.whole hotel is no smoking hotel.moreover the breakfast is served in a different building.the breakfast is more of a joke.not good for a long stay. |

I was at the 36, at the last floor
(211), the room was big enough, the bathroom clean and big. No noise from the street. The small kitchen is really useful!

Very clean with good internet service, comfortable mattress, and plenty of hot water in the shower

| I was in a single and the bed was comfortable, but could have used a second pillow. The shower was too small to stand in comfortably, but had good water temperature and flow. |

Excellent and large rooms. Very clean, good price.
Location is good and the main sites of Heidelberg are easily accessible.
I did not see the gym facilities.

| Parking can be a problem if you arrive late. You are given a spot, but sometimes the garage is taken. |

We had a double room which was really a studio apartment with balcony. It was spacious and well planned. I could have lived there for months and been perfectly comfortable. It is a short walk to the Hauptstrabe, which is the main pedestrian street. The hotel is in a nice, safe neighborhood.

Hello, THe hotel is located very close to Bismarckplatz. The rooms are quite good, but you should stay in a double bed room. The room has Kitchenette which is a big advantage. The hotel serves good breakfast. If you get the hotel Business class, itz even better.

| No central air or means to cool a room individually. Advertise flat panel tv's in room photo's but this is only for business class rooms
and not standard rooms. Staff available only limited hours on weekends. |
