clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff and great breakfast. |

| private travelling with children, 41-50 years; travel season:June 2011 |
This is a convenient hotel for visiting children in university residences. Also, if you pay for secure parking you are able to leave the car at the hotel and take one of the frequent buses into town.

|
We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times whilst visiting a son at university. However, the rate was very reasonable then and the price/performance ratio excellent.Last weekend with 'Take That' in Manchester and a local festival the rate was double and the hotel was very overpriced. |

It was extremely noisy, and we were woken up all night and early in the morning by the people of the room on top of us as the floor was badly squeaking. |

Good location for guests arriving by car. Plenty of parking space available. Rooms small but in a good condition. Room are quiet i.e. no noise coming from the street but in our room we heard the buzzing of a nearby refrigerator. |
