 When we arrived, we discovered that they did not have a double room any more: without any further notice or excuse, they gave us a two-bed-room. When we complained, they said that they had not received this information from the reservation website - something I can't believe as our booking confirmation clearly indicated "double bed" in the description of the room. In addition, they only had a smokers' room left. As they could not give us another room, we cancelled the reservation and went somewhere else. When we wanted to leave, the barrier of the car park was broken and we had to wait ten minutes until someone was able to open it. In general, it is questionable why this hotel has 4 stars. We would definitely not recommend this hotel. |

| I upgraded by telephone to "Executive" before arrival. The room did not justify this description - it was very small and noisy. |
