 I DID HAVE TROUBLE BOOKING MY RETURN TRAIN JOURNEY THROUGH THE BUSINESS OFFICE AS I WAS SPECIFICALLY ASKING FOR A WINDOW SEAT --IT TOOK APPROX 3 DAYS ON DIFFERENT ATTEMPTS THE PRICE FROM BEIJUNG TO SHANGHAI WAS 325 RMB AND THE HOTEL WANTED APPROX 479 RMB BY THE TIME WE COMMUNICATED THE TRAIN WAS FULL AND I HAD TO FLY AT A COST OF 1250 RMB SO I WAS NOT TOO PLEASED WITH THAT--I HAD SOME TROUBLE GETTING EVENING MEALS AS THE RESTAURANT NEVER SEEMED TO BE OPEN, I DID GET MEALS IN THE LOBBY LOUNGE BUT THE MENU WAS EXTREMELY LIMITED AND MOST OF THE TIME I HAD JUST A SANDWICH FOR DINNER. HOWEVER THE STAFF DID TRY TO PLEASE BUT I THINK SOME IMPROVEMENT POSSIBLY ON THE MANAGEMENT SIDE IS REQUIRED. I DID ENJOY THE HOTEL.I WOULD RECOMMEND IT BUT HOPE MY COMMENTS COULD BE TAKEN AS CONSTRUCTIVE AND NOT COMPLAINING. ALL IN ALL I DID ENJOY MY STAY.
