"We where very pleased with the hotel, a bit worried about booking a 3 star, but pleasantly surprised by everthing. Large modern rooms, room 605 even had its own courtyard. Modern spotlessly clean bathroom, one only had a shower, but that was huge power shower. Perfect location for metro and the Lopen tour bus stop."

Hotel is located close to shopping and within easy walking distance to Metros/RER as well as the major sites in the center of Paris. I felt safe walking there, even in the evening. Breakfast is delicious and it is served from 7am until 11am. The hotel staff members are courteous and helpful.
The renovation of the hotel is not quite complete, so there was a little construction noise. However, the work began at a reasonable hour and we got a good night's sleep.

The hotel was easy to find from the train stop, the front desk clerks were extremely nice and helpful. Our room was very small but perfectly clean and amazing quiet for being on a busy street. For the price we paid and the overall experience, this is my new favorite hotel in Paris. We will definitely go back!
One odd thing, we had a hot pot for boiling water, but no cups, coffee or tea, I wish I had brought my own, but there were plenty of beverages to choose from at the breakfast bar, including hot chocolate.
