 The hotel is very well located, in the middle of the city center of Bremen. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet was very ample, and with good qualitz+y.

 The room (a single room) was a little small, the same as the TV. |

Very friendly staff, clean hotel and centrally located.

The Hotel was set central to Bremen’s Christmas Market and the Train Station which is why I booked it. Very pleasant stay some minor noise due to the close proximity too the market but it was expected.

| A deluxe quality room was not what we expected concerning to the furniture and TV. The view to the back yard wasn't very nice. |

| The hotel had very friendly staff, we had only limited German spoken language but we managed to communicate very well. The room was not quite ready when we arrive but we received an upgrade to a room that was already prepared, I thought this very professional and good business practice. |

1. The staff were especially friendly, polite and friendly.
2. Despite the 2 comments below I certainly considered this hotel very good value for money.

2. The breakfast was very good: however, I would not consider it to be the "full American breakfast" as described. |
