This being my third visit and have been very pleased with location and availability to go up to Wembley so a very big plus. The availablity of Wi-Fi at no extra charge was excellent.

On previous visits the availablity of SKY sports was great but this visit saw a change with non being available and also not all the Freeview channels either, no SKY Sports News being the most missed. Is this a change in group policy? I feel this aspect was a real downside to my stay, I may have to review my accommodation requirements for future Sports events.

It took a little time for the colder water to feed through the pipes first, but real hot water in the bathroom!

The view from the conservatory restaurant windows of the adjacent garden at breakfast was distinctly disappointing. Whether or not the adjacent garden is hotel property, I would recommend that the possibility be investigated of employing a gardener to keep it tidy, as the view impacts heavily on dining in the restaurant during daylight hours.

The Hotel was very welcoming and ideally situated for our needs. (a rugby match at Vicarage Road) The bar was kindly opened for us at lunch time with freinds and we were perfectly comfortable for our one night stay.
