- sehr leckeres und vielfälltiges Frühstück, - Parkplatz (Tiefgarage) beim Hotel dabei, - nur 5 Minuten Fußmarsch zum Büro.

Für ein 4*-Hotel hätte ich mir Folgendes gewünscht: - Bademantel im Zimmer verfügbar und muss nicht erst angefragt werden, - ein zweites etwas größeres Handtuch, - am ersten Tag war eine kleine Packung mit Wattestäbchen und Pads im Bad, die weder am zweiten noch am dritten Tag aufgefüllt wurde, obwohl sie leer war, - das Zimmer war sehr warm und die Luft unheimlich trocken.

Very fiendly and helpful staff.

The rooms look a bit old-fashioned. The mattress of the bed was just too soft (unusually soft), compared to the ones in other hotels (and I am a frequent traveller).

Room was very warm and humid; air conditioning? Was not comfortable in the room. Asked front desk when restaurants closed and was told kitchen closed at 10:30pm. When I went to restaurant I was told that it was closed for employee holidays. Young man working at the bar was very helpful and saw to it that I had something for dinner. Very uncomfortable experience.

Quiet despite being close to the airport and near to a main road through to Zurich. Pleasantly rural and green plenty of country side walks available.

Squeaky bedsprings! In the Kithchen apartment not well equipped with sufficient dining or glass ware. Should be at laest a couple of wine glasses and not only two beer glasses and a coke glass!

Generally speaking OK, near the company.

I really miss the clear and straight furniture and design of a modern hotel. The rooms are kind of strange/plain/old-fashioned. It is more guesthouse than hotel and lacks the charmes of a family-owned business.

There is no info that the hotel is in Regensdorf, NOT in Zürich. And there is a Dorfstrasse also in Zürich, where I went. Please make the address more clear!!

hausekeeping service is not sufficient.my totally eaten apple was still on the table next day after the cleanless. they have a hotel transfer bus. perhaps they can use this bus also for messe service in the morning. mini bar,and bath bar should be not closed. i was ready to sleep and want to drink something but it was clsoed and i must have to go to reception for the key. this is old style hotel management.
