Very friendly staff. Some rooms are good - had to move to a room that was not so nice..

It's very close to Heathrow which is convenient, but you also hear a lot of noise from the planes.

This hotel is within walking distance to town if you are visiting the castle, shopping or wanting something to eat. The breakfast is excellent. Best Western Hotels usually have a higher standard of breakfast with more choice and fresh fruit

Being close to Heathrow the planes start flying over in the morning, however, the rooms has an extra window on the inside which blocks out the noise, so I would recommend closing your windows if you want to sleep late

Friendly and helpful staff. Good dinning room.

The room was at the top of the hotel and was quite warm and ventilation poor and leaving the window open was not an option due to aircraft noise.
