Staff were friendly, particularly at breakfast. Breakfast was good too.

Tired hotel on the seafront.Parking is very tight. The room was big but dated and the cold tap didn.t work over the bath so showering in the morning was difficult.

Staff were helpful in that they changed our room for us.

There was a function on the top floor and this meant there was noise coming into our room.

Breakfast excellent however 2 people of the 4 staying at the hotel only had cereal and toast but we were all charged 12.95 each for full breakfast. I assumed 2 of us would be billed 8.95. As we were attending a funeral and had to find our way to the crematorium we did not check the bill until later.I will phone the hotel to check if this policy is correct.
