speak english even thought I also speaks french
The hotel is open during construction, dust all over the place. The rooms are small, can't control the heat so it was a bit cold. The beds are small, they had 2 beds side by side and each had small blanket, so i almost fell off the bed.

Location.. (25-30 min walk to Eifel tower), metro 35m, Some restaurants and shops are around...
Personel was not in competence.. I did not have info that I have to pay extra for breakfest 12,00 EUR/1 breakfest and nobody warned about it at check-in.
Politness of personel is very pour..
Hair dryer was broken in shower..
And finaly - I reserved Double room, but got Single!
