November 2009
Room provided was a suite when a standard double was booked, no extra was charged so I certainly can't complain, the web site is not as good as the hotel!

Sunday evening menu could have a better variety than purely "Sunday Roast", the quality was good but more of the normal Monday to Saturday menu should be offered.

July 2009
Excellent location for York Minister and other attracitons

Breakfast service could have been better but was acceptable. It was difficult to get the shower temperature right as the mixer taps weren't operating perfectly.
